Fixed Deleting Group - Maximum of groups can join

Hello Nobita,

as you know me I am testing always hard :D

I have following Basic Settings in the ACP

[Nobita] Groups Options Manager - Thread Action - Group Deletion Thread Action - Close Thread
and
Permission - Maximum of groups can join: = 1

When now a Creator of a Group deletes his Group - he still is Member of this Group.
--> So he can not Join a new Group, because the Limit is set to 1.
So after deleting the Group in the database you should delete the relationship of the member to the Group.
But I would like as Moderator to see who was the owner of this Group (Userid).

Now the backdraw
Even if a Moderator deletes the Group permanently - it seams that the User can not join another Group.
I have to check this in the database - but for me it Looks like this.

Somehow it seams, that you can not leave a Group you created :confused:
Is this right?

I also checkt now with a moderator if the user is in a Group right now.
It says that the member is not in a Group, also the member doesn`t see himselve in a Group.

But when joining the Error message with the Limit=1 Comes.

So it Looks like you don`t reset something when deleting a Group.

P.S. should I query the Database - where should I look to help you figuring out what was going wrong?
 
First the user was deleting the Group.
He couldn`t join another Group,

Then a moderator was deleting the Group PERMANENTLY (will be hard I guess) and still the member can not join a Group.

OK now I go into the DB and look if I find in your tables the reason why the member seems to be still in a Group, even if this Group shouldn`t exist anymore.

When hard delete group. I have missing to decrease team count of user :)
