Implemented Delete User: Warning when Group admin and remove form all groups

There are 2 problems when deleting a user:

  1. There should be a warning when you try to delete a user who is admin of at least 1 group. Otherwise the groups may end up without an admin.
  2. Deleted users sill show up as group members. They should be removed from all groups.
