Implemented Control over tile elements

On group listing tiles, please give us settings to turn these elements off or show on hover only:

• group owner avatar
• category
• tag line
• banner
• publish date
• number of members
• number of views
• number of messages

It needs settings:

• max image height (or this)
  
• tagline max length (0 to turn off)
• show category Y/N
  
• show last active date Y/N

This one I also request for @Dadparvar to resolve his problem with taglines that are too long.
Its also logical to have a maximum length. Otherwise members can enter 1000 characters.

show category Y/N

Category often does not need to be displayed on the card. IPS clubs does not display it on the card. Facebook doesnt display it on the card.

show last active date Y/N

Last active date is actually a little useful to display. Facebook doesn't display it on the card. I actually would like to keep it, but in the current design its cramped. A problem with the date is that its often not the correct date.
