No Thanks Comment for Join user and Promote User NewsFeed

Hi,

In latest version, when a user is joined the group, or a user is promoted to another role, an auto NewsFeed is sent on the wall.

It would be so nice if it was possible so that users be able to comment on them. For example to say "welcome" or "Congrats!" or other sort of kind words that are related to such happening.
