Fixed Collapse Category Animation is not working as it must

Hi,

When "Auto Collapse Categories" is checked, then even if the "Enable Collapse Category Animation?" is checked, but the animation doesn't work.
But when "Auto Collapse Categories" is disabled (not checked), then the animations of collapsing categories works.
