If users outside of the group can read posts then this should be clear to group members.
People are used to closed groups on facebook, so they post in nobita groups expecting privacy.
It should be clearly stated with a banner: OPEN or PRIVATE
The word closed is not appropriate because it means the group has been closed down similar to closed threads.
