Implemented Change teams on member page

Currently these areas on member page only view the info and count if I'm the admin of a team.

(And a empty tab if you don't created any)

But I would rather have it count all the teams I'm a member of and link the count to (your teams)
The tab can show it something like

Teams you admin (Link it to Teams you admin)
Show all groups here

Teams you are a member of (Link it to Your Teams)
Show all groups here (remove the team if its listed in admin above)

And of course only show the count if its != 0
And maybe remove the tab if user not a member of a team or just add a text like "Not member of any team yet"

There is no change for this in 2.2.1
There is still only teams you are admin showing in the user profile.
The members will easy want to know which groups other members are member of. So why not show it on the profile?
