Fixed Cannot remove guest from group

Some of my groups have members who are 'guest'
I think these are accounts that have been deleted. We delete duplicate accounts.

Its not possible to remove 'guest' from group. The error is:
Error
The requested member could not be found.

I think there are several problems here:

1. if an account is deleted in xenforo then the member should also be removed from social groups
2. if a group has a guest as a member then it should be possible to remove it.
