I just created a group and a group forum, but I cant post to the group forum.
(You have insufficient privileges to post here.)

Now I can. A member posted a new thread. I am not sure if I just needed to wait or if this was resolved by the other member posting.

You might wait for job run rebuild permissions :/

After group creation members should be able to start posting right away.
