Fixed Cannot move threads outside of group

I need to be able to move threads from a group forum to a non-group forum.
Currently its only possible to move threads from non-group forum to group forum.

My members are posting in the wrong place and I need to move it.
Super moderators should be able to do so.

Why not use XenForo Move Thread feature? It's default.

1. Please go to the group forum.
   
2. Then select multiple threads for moderation.
   
3. Then select 'Move Threads...'
4. You will only be able to select a forum in the same group.

We need to be able to move multiple threads from one group to another or to non-group forums.
