Fixed Cannot change allow_member_posting when admin is editing a group

I think there's a bug in saving the allow_member_posting settings when editing the group

1. I'm a member of Administrative user group on the forum and I have all user group permissions granted (edit group by anyone, bypass all groups permissions etc).
2. I edit the group I don't belong to through the settings icon on this group's main page -> quick edits -> change group

First problem is that on save it complains about language id not set.

3. with language set to polish and changed allow_member_posting to enabled for allow members to post it says it seems to save properly but... the setting is not saved. Language is, but not the posting permissions and on reenter it is disabled.
