Fixed Calendar Date & Time Format

In the ACP Options you can select between 12 and 24 hrs format, but in Calendar view it shows AM PM 12-hrs format in the table. Also the Dates are US format solid. They should respect the board time / date format.

There is still something missing in the calendar "Week" & "Day". The Order of "Day" and "Month" should respect the board settings. Sorry...

The Date Format is now DAY MONTH / DAY.... and the Title is MONTH DAY – DAY, YEAR.... the second image shows the widget with the group info (on the same page by the way).

When the language setup is DAY MONTH YEAR, the Groups Calendar should reflect this too.

Basically it should mimic the exact setup per language.
