Fixed Bug with Group Banners

Hello,

I think you missed something with the group banners that should be considered a bug because it results on permission errors.

1. Join a Group
2. Claim Group Ribbon
3. Leave Group / Be Banned from Group
4. You remain with the Group Banner

After you leave or get kicked out of the group, you can use the "Remove Ribbon" option, returning one error "you do not have permission..."
