Implemented Ask group owner to upload a logo

If a group has no logo it looks ugly on group home. Please display a xenforo alert to the group owner: 'please upload a logo to group_name'
 
In version 2.4.0 I have added an option which use auto maker for all groups which did not have custom Logos. It base by 2 letters of group.
This is demo :D

Please add a setting to require a group logo at group creation.
Please also allow us to set a minimum image size.
This will make social groups look much better.
