Not a Bug 34 empty rows exported

After running Exporter.php the first 34 lines in xengallery_comment.txt are all:
0 , 0 media , , , , 0 , , , 0 , 0 , , 0 , ,

No data. No ID's. It looks like there is a data missing.

I can replicate this issue.

It is normal. I cannot give media ID becuase it is insert not replace.

Also media_id is auto increment so just give it to 0 to make sure new media id was created.
