Fixed 2.8.8: Changing Group Privacy adds to 1 the Category Count. Every time.

Every time when I change the privacy of a group, the category widget adds one more group in the category. It only resets to the correct number when I rebuild categories in ACP...

truonglvIs not related... I said the privacy change adds +1 to the category count no matter what privacy...

Lets say count of a category is 1
I then change the one group privacy to "closed"
The count jumps to 2
I then change it back to"open"
The count jumps to 3

and so on....
