[2.7.6] Groups forum permission not working

I have a role set under Member Roles with the following Forum Permissions https://imgur.com/a/ep1BK . However, the members with the role can't access all those functions. They can only use the following

Edit thread (title) by anyone
Delete thread by anyone (cannot undelete thread since they can't view moderated threads)
Stick / Unsticky thread
Lock / Unlock thread
Move Thread
Unapprove thread (cannot approve thread since they can't view moderated threads)

Version: 2.7.6

Does you have any add-ons which effect to threads?

The only add-ons that are affecting threads are

I've managed to do a clean installation of Xenforo with Social Groups and the problem persists.
