Not a Bug 2.5.6 Manage Group Cover Permissions

I've noticed a potential bug.
I have ensured the member role doesn't have any moderator permissions ticked in ACP - Applications - [Nobita] Social Groups - Member Roles.

However, when a member joins a group, they have the option to Upload & Reposition the cover image in the Group Settings dropdown list.

They should not have this option if it isn't selected in the Member role permissions.
