Implemented Feature Group for X days

I would like to only allow members to feature a group for X days.
After this time expires, unfeature the group.
Please add a usergroup permission to 'Feature group for X days'

This functionality would be good to have because it allows us to make money from this function. After the time has passed, members need to feature the group again. And buy the function again.

This could be a paid feature in XF2.
