Yes, you can moderate new groups. This is done by category, so you can moderate new groups of one category and not moderate groups of a second/third/fourth category.

What are you trying to edit? Most of the titles are phrases, prefixed as "Team_" or "Teams_" in the ACP, I can't remember exactly which. (I'd check but I'm waiting on my domain renewal to finish.)

Yeah, figured it out eventually. I was on mobile when I did the CSS edit, so it was rather difficult to see what I was missing. Got home, fixed it and its working.

Had to edit Listener.PHP to remove it, not sure why the CSS edit wouldn't work. Resolved my issue though, thanks. Now to upgrade the add-on ;) and fix it again...
