Bug when "Enable notifications via emails?" is checked/enabled watched forum notifications will trigger an email alert also (even though they only subscribed via alert and not email).

As you can see: User create new media albums is present on alerts but not on email.

Setting Cache TTL to 0, fixed it. But I hope I can still cache the widget for performance benefits.
