Fixed Super Admin can't manage forums in groups

I'm super admin.

A user created a group.

First I wasn't a member of that group. I checked the forums of that group, but I didn't have access to add delete edit etc the forums of that group.

Then I joined that group. Again the same problem. (a new user, after years joined my site and created a group, and now she must first promote me to give me more permissions in my own site and she is able not to let me manage my site. Imagine @alfa1 joins facebook and limits mark zuckerberg's access and in order to manage facebook, Mark should call alfa1 and beg him to promote him and let him manage his site)

Super admin in a site means God.

Have you installed the latest version?
truonglvYes. if you mean the hotfix, yes.

No. if I be the admin, or creator, or staff of a group, then because those roles have permission to manage forums of the group, then I have access to manage forums.

My problem is, when I'm not admin of that group, or I'm not in a role in that group to have access to manage forums, but I am Super Admin of the site.

you can fix this problem by adding an admin permission to "Fully Manage Forums in All Groups". Then I can give this permission to my own user from acp in administrators or moderators, and then even if I not be a member or staff or admin of a group, I'll be able to manage forums of those groups.
