Not a Bug [2.6.4] Member Role / Promote

I have created and set up the member roles, and they do show up in the member role list. However, when I--or anyone else for that matter--try to promote a member; I simply cannot figure out how to do so.

There is no option for it anywhere. I've look all over, and no one else on my forum (about 400 or so members) is able to figure it out either. So I assume the feature is simply not showing up correctly.

If anyone can help me out, or knows if I might have done something wrong, please let me know!

This bug is driving me crazy and although I really do appreciate the features this plugin provides, I don't want to have blown $70 on a broken core feature.

Members can be promoted in the group's member list. Right to the member name there is a popup menu.

You have user sub-accounts? I am pretty sure that won't work with Nobita Social Groups.

In the latest version you can link member role with xenforo user groups. You can upgrade user through that feature.
