Some Android devices upload pdf files with a .undefined file extension, which ends up not opening up.
An attachment can be a pdf in the file manager but when uploaded, it renders as a .undefined file.
This happens on some android devices but not all. So please Truonglv have a look at this as it’s affecting some users.
The attachment in the image below was originally a .pdf in file manager but once uploaded it returns as a .undefined file and cant be opened/ read.
