Implemented Order of blocks in group page

Hi,

When we enter to a group, in sidebar we see some block with this order:

1. Quick Overview
2. Logo
3. Staff Members
4. Group Statistics

I wish these were in this order:

1. Logo
2. Staff Members
3. Quick Overview & Group Statistics (Combined together)

There are 2 stats in the block that are repeated. you can delete them. Created date, and last activity is mentioned twice. once in enough.
