Question Like Permission

XenForo and XF addons all have a permission to 'Like posts'.
Nobita groups does not have such permission.
Nobita groups does not follow the XenForo permission to 'Like posts'.

Is it a bug that nobita groups does not follow this permission?
Or is the permission missing from nobita groups?
Should this feature be requested?
