[NOT A BUG] Groups deleted after Upgrade 2.3.0 to 3.1.7 :(

Today I did the long overdue Upgrade XF2.1 to XF 2.2.8 P1. Everything worked well, except the Social Groups update.
After the update I have been notified groups have been deleted "...because it was inactive for 90 days". Being not active for 90 days is pretty normal with some special groups I have. So I have a problem now. Any chance to restore them?

It is soft delete so you can use group batch update to restore it.
