The image inserted will be hidden when there are several lines of content, it's not news-style configuration.
Is there any workaround?

TruonglvGood, I think it's easy to configure out.
On news feed homepage, there is a setting in your script to show up 4-5lines including images. But if content's lines exceed 4-5lines and read more link comes out, homepage will ignore the image.
