2.7.8 Please repair the "Move Thread" function in roles

I know, that there is a global "Move Thread to Group" function for usergroups. But problem is, if this function is activated, the user have the right to move any thread in the forum and in other groups. Thats not secure.
Your "Move Thread" in roles is just for the owner of a groupe, and they can only move one thread to another point in his own group. The option is there, but the function is not working, as you know. Thats so sad.

Can you fix it please? I would also pay some bucks extra for that, if this is working.
