Implemented 2.7.8 Only Group Creators can make forums

Only the first group creator (Administrator) can make new forum and subforums (same thing for editing forums/subforums in groups). If i give other members an administrator role in the group, they didn´t have the function for that, only the first group creator have this function (same for the privacy group options). Any way to change this or is just the group creator the only one, with the most settings? Or can there be more than one group owner with the same settings?

I can confirm that... that should be a "Group Role" based permission.... I was thinking my group admins would be able to add forums and then they told me they can't...

Added more member role settings.


Group owner now must have that permissions to handle forums.
