Fixed 2.5.6 "Bypass all group rules" does not include "everything"

As I see, the bypass permission lets a user group manage the social group even when he has not joined that group... so far so good...

(Admin view.... Left: Bypass active, Right: Bypass inactive)

...but what is missing is access to all tabs that are in the social group, as well as the forum that is associated to the group... right now while "bypass" permission is enabled for him, the admin still can see the information tab only (unless he joins the group, but that is contrary to the intention of a "bypass")...

IMHO the bypass all rules should also let the user (admin in this case) should see ALL TABS and have access/permissions to the group forums.

Just tested. Still work with me. Just try to analytic your permissions.

I have an idea though what the problem is. I created another group after the update and it works with it as you say, BUT it does not work with groups that are from older versions of Social Groups. It only works with groups that were created after the last update....

How can we solve it for older groups?

I don't think it is. Because it is permissions. So not depend on each versions. :/

No, I am the admin and have the permission set to "Allow All"... and when I switch between groups, then I can not see the navigation tabs in older groups, but I can see the navigation tabs in groups created after the last update. Thats not a permission problem as I have the same permission while looking at the groups.

I am sorry, but I just recognized that all tabs are showing but not the "Wall" tab... It should show really all tabs including the wall to members with "bypass" permission.

This...
bypass.webp

...should override this:

infotab.webp

Of course I only want to show the Information Tab to non-members, but the forum admin with "bypass all rules" should be able to see the wall, no matter what.

...because "all" means "ALL"....

;):D
