Not a Bug 2.5.6 Posting approval settings bug alert

Hi,
Despite checking "All posts must be approved by a moderator", group members can still post without approval.

In member roles page. Did you allow member bypass post rules?
 
Can you capture the post which that user posted? If you are admin of group, you still view posts as normal. But without permission, you cannot see it.

NobitaBut as admin of the group, I should have to "approve" the post. There is no option to do this. Also the author of the post gets no notification that his post needs approval before publishing.
These are the group's privacy settings:

These are my options as the group owner:

I have no option to approve the post or any notification that it needs approving.
 
I belive this is not an bug. Only posts which have banner 'Moderated' then you can approve them.
 
But that's exactly what I've done, and members can post freely without their posts being moderated. This is illustrated in my screenshots above.
