On our forums, it appears that the listed Staff Members in groups are not up-to-date. Do you happen to know a way to fix this? Would rebuilding the groups for example fix this, or would this delete all the currently existing groups?

NobitaVersion 2.5.5 (version ID 2050512). It appears that when you change the settings for ranks to show as staff in social groups (for example: first Commander & Officer shows as staff, but then you change it so only Commander shows as staff), the members who had the Officer rank will still show up as staff for groups that already existed. For groups that are newly created after the settings change, it correctly shows only the Commander as staff. As such, I'm wondering if there's a way to update the groups that already existed before the settings are changed.

Would rebuilding the groups using "Group Rebuilds" menu update the already existing groups*? Or does this delete all groups as well?
*The Group Rebuilds menu can be found under AdminCP>Applications>Group Rebuilds

Version 2.5.5 (version ID 2050512). arpheliorOh. It is seem bugs yet. Please make an thread for that. I will re-check when I have free time to do in next builds.
 
Actually, only the "Staff Members" section on in the sidebar doesn't seem to update. The tab with "Staff Members" does.

NobitaSo rebuilding the groups (by pressing the "rebuild now" button under the Rebuild Group section) doesn't update the Staff Members section in the sidebar in social groups then?
 
Actually, only the "Staff Members" section on in the sidebar doesn't seem to update. The tab with "Staff Members" does.

Is there a way to Set up default forums for any new group that is created?
For Example:
Someone Creates Group named "XXXXXXXX", after they hit create, the forum is auto populated with
"Welcome to our group"
"Requests"
etc.

When another user creates another group "YYYYYYYY", the forum is again auto populated with
"Welcome to our Group"
"Requests"

but this time those are different and not linked with the ones from "XXXXXX" they just share the same name.

I create a new group.
When I click the "Forum" tab, is there a way to automatically create forums.
Usually when you create a group, the forum tab is empty.
Can we have an option to "auto populate" those forums for newly created groups with predefined forums.
Examples - Forum Rules, Welcome, etc
 
Hello @Nobita ,
When I upload a cover phone to any club, the quality of the image always goes bad.
In options I already adjusted the quality to 100% but it keeps lowering it.
Any way to not to lower the quality ?

UPDATE:
I found the issue. When I Upload a png image, it automatically transforms it into JPG.
@Nobita Is there a way to use PNG images for cover / Logo ?
