There is unnecessary lag during certain functions with your add-on. Displaying group staff members lags more than it should. Can you fix for next release? Each pageload staff need to be reloaded slowly..

ShiroI will consider it. Because it is query on some table so maybe it is take slow page. I just temporary use AJAX to load it.

Is there anyway to change the comment text/box background color? Can't read the text at all.

DoctorJewYou have two ways.

Add this to your EXTRA.css
and change red to what you want:
Code: 
.commentList ul>li {
    background-color: red;
}


OR

Easily go to your style properties of your style.
Then go to "[Nobita] Social Groups (Teams)".
Then "Comment Row Properties".
Then just choose the background color that you want.

Hi, our importing from vb social groups to your addon went pretty good. However group owners did not make it over. I do not mind adding group owners or "staff" to the groups manually but I do not see how to add staff to a group. Can you advise? Thanks!

beakernzIn VB memer did not seperate by roles so default only have members and owner. Go to your groups and under members tab, you can easy promote an member :)
 
Hi, I go into a group and to members list but see no way to make any of them staff. Here is a screenshot: http://i.imgur.com/Sa0t1qb.png do I need to setup other permissions in the back end? Thanks

Version 2.5.0 released!

IMPORTANT: You must disable add-on while upgrading to version 2.5.0
After upgrade add-on successfull. Please do the following steps to make sure everything work fine 2.5.0
  • Go to group rebuilds and run migrate data from 2.4.6 to 2.5.0
  • Go to each member role defined your role permissions again.
  • Merge any template outdated.
New Features:
  • Allow group owner can create their forums
  • Re-design group layout
  • And much more new features implemented...

thanks for the update. Could you tell a little more about this feature? Does it change the relation to the node groups are associated with?
On a busy forum - will a rebuild be a long process?

jansluWhen you run migrate data from 2.4.6 to 2.5.0 the forums which associtated from version 2.4.6 will created to groups. All threads and nodes won't be loss :)

NobitaWhat do you mean? *New* groups will be made out of the 2.4.6 forums? Will existing posts still be associated to the group they belong too? I use *one* node for ALL group posts.
